tonight to 10 am EST Thursday.

* Hazard types... accumulating snow showers and wind chills.

* Accumulations... additional snow 2 to 4 inches.

* Timing... the snow will continue through Thursday... with light
snow possible Thursday night. Wind chills will drop below 10
below zero tonight and are expected to rise into the single
digits below zero during the day Thursday.

* Impacts... snow covered roads resulting in possible travel
disruptions. Wind chills less than 10 below zero will be
dangerous if proper precautions are not taken.

* Winds... west 10 to 15 mph... increasing to west 15 to 25 mph with
gusts up to 35 mph tonight and tomorrow.

* Temperatures... high temperatures today will be in the teens.
Temperatures will drop in the lower single digits above zero
tonight... with isolated spots in the single digits below zero.

* Wind chill... between 10 and 20 below zero tonight.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Winter Weather Advisory for snow means that periods of snow
will cause primarily travel difficulties. Be prepared for snow
covered roads and limited visibilities... and use caution while
driving.

A Wind Chill Advisory means that very cold air and strong winds
will combine to generate low wind chills. This will result in
frost bite and lead to hypothermia if precautions are not taken.
If you must venture outdoors... make sure you wear a hat and
gloves.
