Special Statement
Statement as of 7:13 PM EST on March 01, 2015

... Poor travel conditions expected over the next several hours...

Areas of light to moderate snow will persist across the greater
capital region... Schoharie valley... Mid Hudson valley... eastern
Catskills... Taconics... Berkshires... and Litchfield Hills through
10 PM. Snowfall rates of one half inch... to up to an inch per
hour will be possible during this time. This will create very
slippery conditions on untreated roadways and walkways through
early tonight.

Motorists and pedestrians are urged to use extra caution through
early tonight... especially as areas of melted snow from earlier
today refreezes underneath the newly fallen snow.
