* portions of Virginia and southeast West Virginia... including
the following areas... in Virginia... Alleghany VA... Bath...
Bland... Smyth... Tazewell and Wythe. In southeast West
Virginia... eastern Greenbrier... Mercer... Summers and western
Greenbrier.

* Until 6 am EDT Monday

* excessive runoff from showers and thunderstorms in areas
already saturated from recent rainfall.

* Flooding of streams... creeks... and roadways

... A line of showers with heavy rain will affect eastern
Craig... northwestern Botetourt... Alleghany... southeastern Greenbrier
and northeastern Monroe counties...

At 225 am EDT... a line of showers containing heavy rain was along a
line extending from near Alvon to near New Castle... and moving north
at 15 mph.

Rainfall rates of one-half to one inch per hour along with winds in
excess of 30 mph are possible with these storms.

Locations impacted include...
Alleghany...
Covington...
White Sulphur Springs...
New Castle...
and Oriskany.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms... and may
cause localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
