Dense Fog Advisory
Statement as of 9:48 PM CST on March 02, 2015

... Dense fog advisory in effect until 10 am CST Tuesday...

The National Weather Service in Shreveport has issued a dense fog
advisory... which is in effect until 10 am CST Tuesday.

* Event... areas of fog have developed this evening over much of
the region. The fog is expected to reduce visibilities to near
or less than one quarter of a mile later tonight... as warmer
air begins to shift north atop a much colder ground surface.

* Impact... reduced visibilities will make driving hazardous
through mid morning Tuesday... especially where roads are wet.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A dense fog advisory means visibilities will frequently be
reduced to less than one quarter mile. If driving... slow down...
use your headlights... and leave plenty of distance ahead of you.
