The National Weather Service in El Paso has issued a

* Arroyo and Small Stream Flood Advisory for...
eastern Grant County in south central New Mexico...
west central Sierra County in north central New Mexico...

* until 1100 PM MDT

* at 858 PM MDT... Doppler radar indicated heavy rain had fallen from
thunderstorms over the Silver fire burn scar. This will cause
Arroyo and Small Stream flooding downstream in the advisory area.

* Some locations that may experience flooding include...

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small

attempt to travel across flooded roads. Find alternate routes.
