through late Wednesday night.

* Timing: a mix of freezing rain and sleet is expected by early
evening Wednesday with additional winter weather through the
overnight. During the overnight a change to more of a sleet or snow
mix is expected with additional accumulation.

* Accumulation: differing precipitation types will make for a
very challenging total accumulation forecast. However...
confidence exists across the watch area that wintry ice
accumulation is likely.

* Impacts: hazardous travel conditions are likely with power
