   Bleckley... crisp... Dodge... Dooly... Houston... Laurens...
Montgomery... Pulaski... Putnam... Telfair... Twiggs... Wheeler...
Wilcox and Wilkinson. In east central Georgia... Emanuel...
Glascock... Greene... Hancock... Jefferson... Johnson...
Taliaferro... Treutlen... Warren... Washington and Wilkes. In
