... Winter Storm Warning remains in effect until 8 PM MST Monday
above 7000 feet...

* locations include the cities of... Skyway... Crested Butte...
Marble.

* Timing... periods of snow will continue through Monday evening...
though there will also be lulls in the activity. The best
periods for significant snowfall will be tonight and then late
Sunday night through Monday evening.

* Snow accumulation... 1 to 2 feet through Monday... lesser
amounts on north facing slopes.

* Snow level... the highest accumulations will occur above 7000
feet.

* Winds... southwest 10 to 25 mph with higher gusts at times.

* Visibility... restricted at times in snow and blowing snow.

* Impacts... travel will be impaired into Tuesday... especially
over the Grand Mesa and the Dallas Divide.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Winter Storm Warning means significant amounts of snow are
expected or occurring. Strong winds and blowing snow are also
