... Wind Advisory now in effect until 2 PM PST this afternoon...

* winds... areas of east to northeast winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts
to 50 mph. Isolated gusts to 60 mph near the Mountain Ridge
tops.

* Timing... winds increasing into this morning... then decreasing
during the afternoon.

* Visibility... locally reduced in blowing dust.

* Impacts... strong cross winds will be a potential hazard for
high profile vehicles. Broken tree limbs and other debris will
be possible.

* Outlook... periods of gusty east to northeast winds will continue
into Tuesday.
