... Winter Storm Warning remains in effect until 5 PM MST
Tuesday...

A Winter Storm Warning for heavy snow remains in effect until 5 PM MST
Tuesday.

* Snow accumulations... an additional 6 to 10 inches possible above
8500 feet through Tuesday.

* Timing... heavier snow will become more widespread late this
afternoon into Tuesday with lowering snow levels.

* Winds... west and southwest winds 15 to 30 mph over the high
terrain and ridgetops today. Winds will increase even more
tonight.

* Snow levels... temperatures will be cold enough for snow at
locations near and above 9000 feet... then lower to be cold
enough for snow at all locations by late Monday evening.

* Local impacts... treacherous travel conditions due to snow
packed and icy roadways are likely along with reduced
visibility in locally heavy snow by this evening. Structural
integrity issues may arise due to the weight of heavy snow.

A Winter Storm Warning for heavy snow means severe winter weather
conditions are expected or occurring. Significant amounts of snow
