... Winter Storm Warning remains in effect until 5 PM MST this
afternoon...

A Winter Storm Warning for heavy snow and blowing snow remains in
effect until 5 PM MST this afternoon.

* Snow accumulations... additional accumulations of 1 to 3
inches... except 2 to 5 inches above 7500 ft.

* Timing... periods of heavy snow will continue through early
morning. Snow will decrease in coverage and intensity around mid
to late morning... only to intensify again along and north of
Interstate 40 this afternoon.

* Winds... east and southeast winds from 15 to 25 mph with gusts to
35 mph below canyons opening into the Santa Fe Metro area until
mid morning. Otherwise... east and southeast winds should
generally vary from 10 to 20 mph.

* Snow levels... temperatures will remain cold enough for snow at
all locations.

* Local impacts... deteriorating Road conditions and reduced
visibilities will make for hazardous travel with periods of
heavy snow and blowing snow.
