Special Statement
Statement as of 2:40 AM MDT on July 05, 2015

... Wet and cooler weather expected this afternoon and evening...

A combination of a Canadian cold front moving south into central
Wyoming... and an upper level low pressure system moving northeast
from the Great Basin... will combine to produce rather widespread
rain showers and embedded thunderstorms Sunday afternoon through
Sunday night. The heaviest rainfall will be centered on the
favored east and northeast upslope locations where a half inch of
rain and locally more could fall.

The cold front will also cool high temperatures 10 to 20 degrees
from those of Saturday. Highs Sunday will generally be in the 70s
with a few basin locations reaching the lower 80s. Mountain
temperatures will reach the 60s.
