Oklahoma Panhandle and all but the southeast portion of the Texas
Panhandle tonight. This may lead to the development of frost.

* Timing... frost formation is possible between 3 am and 10 am Monday
morning.

* Impacts... where frost forms... sensitive plants and vegetation that
are outside may be damaged or killed if left unprotected.
