Nowcast | as of 9:21 am CDT on August 1, 2015

Scattered showers and thunderstorms will continue to impact the Texas and Oklahoma panhandles mainly along and east of a line from Guymon to Borger to Amarillo through noon. Rainfall amounts with these storms should mainly range from a 1/10 to 1/4 inch. A few heavier showers will produce isolated rainfall amounts approaching one inch. This rainfall may cause localized flooding of poor drainage and flood prone areas. If you see water over the Road...do not try to cross it and do not drive around barricades. Turn around...don't drown.
