southern Dallas County in north central Texas...
Ellis County in north central Texas...
northeastern Johnson County in north central Texas...
southeastern Tarrant County in north central Texas...

* until 115 am CDT

* at 1007 PM CDT... Doppler radar indicated a thunderstorm producing
heavy rain across the warned area. Flash flooding is expected to
begin shortly... with some automated gauges reporting nearly one to
one half inch per hour rainfall rates.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Arlington... Grand Prairie... Mansfield... DeSoto... Cedar Hill...
Lancaster... Waxahachie... Ennis... Midlothian... Glenn Heights... Red
