Stephens County in southern Oklahoma...
east central Clay County in northern Texas...

* until 830 PM CDT

* at 742 PM CDT... severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from near Corum to 7 miles southeast of Addington to 3
miles east of Terral... moving northeast at 35 mph.

Hazard... 70 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

Source... radar indicated.

Impact... hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect considerable
           tree damage. Wind damage is also likely to Mobile
           homes... roofs and outbuildings.

Flood Warning
Statement as of 2:45 PM CDT on May 28, 2015

The Flood Warning continues for
the Washita river near Dickson.

* Until further notice... or until the warning is cancelled.

* At 2:30 PM Thursday the stage was 33.5 feet.

* Major flooding is occurring and major flooding is forecast.

* Flood stage is 27.0 feet.

* Forecast... the Washita river will continue rising and crest near
34.4 feet mid Friday morning then begin falling.

* Impact... at 34.0 feet... flood depths up to 9 feet extend damages
along the Washita River Valley... from near Davis in Murray
County... to near Dickson in Carter County... to the headwaters of
Lake Texoma in Johnston County. Many homesteads could be flooded or
isolated. About 7 thousand acres of agricultural lands are covered.
Any flooding on tributary creeks is increased by backwater from the
river.

The Flash Flood Watch continues for

* Through Sunday morning

* Thursday afternoon and night... best chance for heavy rainfall
southwest Oklahoma and western North Texas. Locally 1 to 2
inches of rain possible with higher amounts.

* Friday through Saturday night... best chance for heavy rainfall
will reside from northern through central... and southern
Oklahoma... and western North Texas. Locally 1 to 2 inches of
rain possible with higher amounts.

* Widespread 1 to 3 inch rainfall totals are expected through
Saturday night... with locally higher amounts exceeding 5 inches
possible.

Monitor weather forecasts and information. Make plans to get to
higher ground if flooding happens.
