... Flood Warning extended until Monday evening...

the Flood Warning continues for
the Washita river at Anadarko

* until Monday evening... or until the warning is cancelled.

* At 1:30 PM Friday the stage was 21.8 feet.

* Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast.

* Flood stage is 19.0 feet.

* Forecast... the Washita river is near crest and will begin falling
early Saturday morning. The Washita river will fall below flood
stage early Monday afternoon.

* Impact... at 22 feet... campgrounds in the Anadarko City Park and
nearby low areas are flooded. Floodwaters damage farm property and
block many rural roads along the Washita river in eastern Caddo and
western Grady counties... and could breach farm levees.
