tonight to noon CST Sunday...

* timing... light freezing rain and sleet will begin after
midnight tonight... and will continue into Sunday morning.

* Areas affected... the advisory includes the northern two rows
of counties in Arkansas... or from Jasper... Mountain view... and
Cave City northward.

* Main impact... light freezing rain will create hazardous
driving conditions on roadways... especially bridges and
overpasses exposed to the cold air.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Winter Weather Advisory is issued when light wintry
