A cold front has moved in the back door across Arkansas into northeast Texas and north Louisiana. Showers and isolated thunderstorms will be possible along the front through the overnight as an upper low over Texas overruns Gulf moisture over the cold front. These showers and thunderstorms are lifting northeastward at 30 mph. Rainfall amounts will be around a tenth or quarter inch over the next hour or two.

The Flood Warning continues for
the Ouachita River at Thatcher l&d.
* Until further notice... or until the warning is cancelled.
* At 8:00 PM Sunday the stage was 81.5 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* Flood stage is 79.0 feet.
* Forecast... the river will continue rising to near 83.1 feet by
early Tuesday morning.
* Impacts at 83.0 feet... access to oil and gas rigs and to Timber is
flooded. Calhoun County Road 131 is completely under water leading
to old lock 8 river access.

the Ouachita River at Felsenthal.
* Until further notice... or until the warning is cancelled.
* At 7:00 am Sunday the stage was 74.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* Flood stage is 70.0 feet.
* Forecast... the river will continue rising to near 75.5 feet by
early Tuesday morning. Additional rises remain possible
thereafter.
* Impact... at 75.0 feet... flooding in the Felsenthal National Wildlife
Refuge will continue for at least another ten days.
