* Timing: this evening and continuing through Thursday morning.

* Accumulation: around one quarter inch of ice accumulation with
additional accumulation of sleet and snow of up to one inch.

* Impacts: hazardous travel conditions are likely with power
outages possible.

* Other impacts: windy conditions combined with the falling
