The National Weather Service in New Orleans has issued a Wind
Advisory... which is in effect from noon Thursday to midnight CST
Thursday night.

* Timing... Thursday afternoon and evening

* winds... sustained winds 20 to 30 mph with higher gusts

* duration... around 12 hours of strong gusty winds can be expected

* impacts... strong winds will make driving difficult... especially
on east to west oriented roadways and bridges. Additionally...
small tree limbs could be blown down and unsecured light weight
items such as trash cans and light outdoor furniture could be
blown around.
