... A Flood Warning remains in effect until 145 PM CDT Thursday for
southeastern Smith... Jewell... northern Osborne... Thayer...
southeastern Webster and southern Nuckolls counties...

At 146 am CDT... Doppler radar estimates of 3 to 10 inches of rain
had fallen Wednesday evening. The Hebron automated rain gauge had
7.81 inches of rain until midnight when the equipment stopped
reporting. Rainfall of 10 inches was reported in Alexandria.

White Rock creek at Burr Oak had a reading of 21.87 feet. Flood
stage is 15 feet. The creek is expected to crest just over 22 feet.

Big Sandy Creek near Alexandria had a reading of 15.61 feet. Flood
stage is 14 feet. The creek is expected to crest at over 16 feet.
