* At 1044 am CDT... the Department of Transportation indicated that
rain from the past few days was continuing to produce flooding
across the warned area. Numerous roads remain flooded and creeks and
streams remain out of their banks.

* Runoff from this rain is causing flooding. Creeks... streams and
low water crossings will be especially susceptible to the dangers
of flooding.

This warning includes but is not limited to the following low water
crossings...

Route zz at the Myers branch near Rader...
Route hh in Tuscumbia...
Route W at Caney Creek just east of Brownbranch...
Route h just north of Pleasant Hope...
Route E north of Highway 38 at the Gasconade river...
Route cc west of Fair Grove at the Pomme de Terre River...
Highway 13 at railey creek near Reeds Spring...
Highway 13 at Pine Run northwest of Galena...
Route c north of Buffalo at Lindley creek.

Additional rainfall from this morning of between a half inch to an
inch over portions of the warned area will act to continue the
ongoing flooding and keep some area creeks and streams running bank
full.

Flooding is occurring or is imminent. Most flood related deaths occur
in automobiles. Do not attempt to cross water covered bridges...
dips... or low water crossings. Never try to cross a flowing stream...
even a small one... on foot or in a vehicle.
