Areal Flood Watch
Statement as of 3:37 AM MDT on July 29, 2015

... Flood Watch remains in effect until noon MDT today...

The Flood Watch continues for

* a portion of northeast Montana... including the following
areas... central and southeast Phillips... central and southern
valley... Daniels... northern Phillips... northern valley...
southwest Phillips and western Roosevelt.

* Until noon MDT today

* 1 to 3 plus inches of runoff will continue to make its way
downstream... possibly leading to flooding of creeks and
streams.

* Streams and creeks are already on the rise... keep a heads up
for changing water levels and use caution when traveling across
low water crossings.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Flood Watch means there is a potential for flooding based on
current forecasts.

You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible
flood warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be
prepared to take action should flooding develop.
