... Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect until 7 PM EST this
evening...

Hazardous weather...

* precipitation will begin as snow between 8 and 10 am... mixing
   with sleet. 2 to 4 inches of snow and sleet is expected.

* Periods of freezing rain are possible between around 1 PM and
   7 PM. Up to a tenth of an inch of ice is expected.

* Heaviest precipitation is expected between 10 am and 4 PM.

Impacts...

* the combination of snow and ice will cause untreated roads to
   become hazardous.

* Reduced visibility in moderate to briefly heavy snow.

* Conditions will be particularly hazardous on secondary roads
   as liquid precipitation will freeze easier.

Snow... heavy at times... will continue late this morning... possibly
mixed with sleet. Additional accumulations of 1 to 2 inches can
be expected through noon. Raods will be snow covered and
slick... as temperatures hold in the 20s into the early afternoon
hours.
