Special Statement
Statement as of 3:51 AM EDT on June 30, 2015

... Patchy dense fog expected through sunrise...

Areas of fog will continue to expand across much of northeastern
Indiana into northwestern Ohio through sunrise. Motorists are
likely to encounter patches of dense fog with visibilities reduced
to one quarter mile or less at times. If you encounter these
areas... reduce your speed and ensure you are using low beam
headlights.
