Dense Fog Advisory
Statement as of 9:34 AM EDT on May 06, 2015

... Dense fog advisory now in effect until noon EDT today...

* visibilities... widespread less than a quarter mile and near
zero in places.

* Timing... late morning with conditions then rapidly improving.

* Impacts... poor visibilities will result in hazardous travel
conditions.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A dense fog advisory is issued when dense fog will substantially
reduce visibilities... resulting in hazardous driving conditions
in some areas. Motorists are advised to use caution and slow
down... as objects on and near roadways will be seen only at
close range. Stay tuned to weather radio for further details or
updates.
