Snow will overspread the region this afternoon and see a quick
inch or two of accumulation by this evening. The snow will taper to
flurries late this evening with light accumulations under a half
inch expected overnight.

Visibilities will be significantly reduced at times and the rapid
accumulation will make even treated roadways hazardous.
