... The Flash Flood Warning remains in effect until 315 am EDT for
southwestern Letcher and northeastern Harlan counties...

At 1210 am EDT... Doppler radar continued to indicate nearly
stationary showers containing moderate to heavy rainfall across the
warned area. Excessive runoff will cause flash flooding of creeks and
streams... particularly in low lying and poor drainage areas.

Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Cumberland... Evarts... Lynch... Benham... Gano... Partridge... Gilley...
shields... Rileyville... Kenvir... Roxana... Highsplint... Defeated
Creek... diane... Leonard... Redbud... kingdom come S.P... .Lilley

Breathitt... Floyd... Harlan... Knott... Leslie... Letcher...
Magoffin... Perry... and Pike.

* Until 6 am EDT Monday

* slow moving showers and thunderstorms are expected to bring
locally heavy rainfall on top of already wet ground. This will
result in a threat of flash flooding across the area.
