... Winter Storm Watch remains in effect from Wednesday afternoon
through Thursday morning...

* timing... from noon CST Wednesday through noon CST Thursday.

* Accumulations... are expected to average around 3 or 4 inches...
with some greater amounts possible north and some lesser amounts
possible south. Freezing rain accumulations are expected to be
mostly around a tenth of an inch.

* Main impact... a mix of snow... sleet... and freezing rain will
create major travel impacts from Wednesday afternoon through
Friday afternoon.

* Other impacts... temperatures are likely to stay below freezing
from Wednesday night through mid day Friday. This will likely
keep many roadways slick and hazardous for an extended period of
