Dense Fog Advisory
Statement as of 3:50 AM CST on March 02, 2015

... Dense fog advisory in effect until 9 am CST this morning...

The National Weather Service in Birmingham has issued a dense fog
advisory... which is in effect until 9 am CST this morning.

* Visibilities... less than a half mile in many areas.

* Impacts... hazardous driving conditions due to reduced
visibilities.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A dense fog advisory means visibilities will frequently be
reduced to one quarter mile or less. If driving... slow down... use
your headlights... and leave plenty of distance ahead of you. Low
beam headlights work best in dense fog conditions.
