* at 853 PM EDT... Doppler radar indicated heavy rain across the
warned area. Three to five inches of rain have already fallen. Flash
flooding is expected to begin shortly. The heaviest rain will be
along the Lexington/Saluda County line.

Urban and Small Stream flooding in the advisory area. Up to three
inches of rain have already fallen.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Lexington... Irmo... Batesburg... Red Bank... Batesburg-Leesville...
Leesville... Chapin... Gilbert... Summit... Little Mountain...
