Areas of fog... locally dense... will persist across southeast
Virginia and northeast North Carolina through late morning.
Visibility will begin to improve over the next few hours, but will
average between one and three miles through 11 am.

Motorists should be alert for sudden changes in visibility due to
the areas of dense fog. Drive at reduced speeds and use low beam
headlights only.
