* at 1005 PM EDT... Doppler radar indicated moderate to locally heavy
rain due to showers and isolated thunderstorms... moving east
across eastern Kentucky and southwestern Virginia. This will cause
Urban and Small Stream flooding in the advisory area.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Bristol VA... Abingdon... Norton... Lebanon... wise... Gate City...
