Areas of fog... locally dense... will persist across southeast
Virginia and northeast North Carolina early this morning.
Visibility will locally be restricted to 1/2 mile or less.
Visibility should begin to improve after 9 am.

Motorists should be alert for sudden changes in visibility due to
the areas of dense fog. Drive at reduced speeds and use low beam
headlights only.
