... Areas of fog across the Virginia Northern Neck and Virginia
lower Eastern Shore this morning...

Areas of fog... locally dense... will continue to develop across the
Virginia Northern Neck... middle peninsula and lower Eastern Shore
through mid to late morning. Visibility will average between one
and three miles... but will quickly become reduced to under one
mile in spots through late this morning.

Motorists should be alert for sudden changes in visibility due to
the areas of dense fog. Drive at reduced speeds and use low beam
headlights only.
