... Winter Storm Warning remains in effect until 7 PM EST this
evening...

* precipitation types... snow... heavy at times. Any sleet will
change to snow by noon across the central Shenandoah Valley.

* Accumulations... 4 to 8 inches of snow.

* Timing... snow will be heaviest through 3 PM this afternoon. Snow
will end between 4 PM and 7 PM late this afternoon and evening.

* Temperatures... falling through the 20s.

* Winds... north 10 to 15 mph with gusts to 20 mph.

* Impacts... roads will become snow covered and slippery.
Visibility will be reduced to one-quarter mile at times... making
traveling dangerous.
