... The Flash Flood Warning remains in effect until 1000 PM EDT for
northwestern Anne Arundel and southeastern Howard counties...

At 940 PM EDT... local law enforcement reported flash flooding in
southeast Howard County. Gorman Road remains closed. Local streams
continue to rise rapidly due to recent heavy rain.

Some locations that may experience flooding include...
Elkridge... Severn... Fort Meade... Savage-Guilford... Hanover...
Ilchester... Savage... Jessup... Georgetown and Linthicum.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

... The Flash Flood Warning remains in effect until 1100 PM EDT for
eastern Carroll... western Baltimore and central Howard counties...

At 847 PM EDT... Doppler radar indicated the heaviest rain has moved
east of the warned area... although lighter showers continue. High
water has been reported in portions of Howard County and local
streams continue to rise from recent heavy rain. Flash flooding
continues to be a threat.

Oakland... Milford mill... Eldersburg... Owings Mills... Randallstown...
