* until 700 PM EDT

* at 347 PM EDT... the public reported heavy rain causing Urban and
Small Stream flooding in Whitehall township. Up to two inches of
rain have already fallen. Most of the heavy rain has left the
advisory area. However... runoff will be slow to recede.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Allentown... Easton... Bethlehem... Emmaus... Northampton... Wilson...
Hellertown... Nazareth... Kutztown... Bath... Topton... Belfast... West
