evening...
... Wind Chill Advisory remains in effect until 11 am EST Sunday...

* locations... the Laurel Highlands.

* Hazard types... snow and dangerously cold wind chills.

* Wind chills... 15 to 20 below zero today. 20 to 25 below zero
tonight.

* Snow accumulations... an additional 1 to 2 inches.

* Timing... the snow will taper off this evening. However... the
dangerous wind chills will last through Sunday morning.

* Impacts... snow covered and hazardous Road conditions... along
with potential frostbite to exposed skin in just 15 to 30
minutes.
