Wednesday...

* locations... northwest and west central mountains... Laurel
Highlands

* hazard types... snow and sleet changing to freezing rain.

* Accumulations... snow accumulation of up to 1 inch... along with a
tenth of an inch coating of ice.

* Timing... snow and sleet will continue this afternoon... mixing
with and changing to freezing rain mid to late afternoon and
evening. Periods of freezing rain are expected to continue
through late tonight into early Wednesday morning.

* Impacts... hazardous travel conditions this afternoon through
early Wednesday morning. Isolated power outages are possible
where the freezing rain is heaviest.

* Winds... south 5 to 15 mph with gusts up to 30 mph.
