northwestern Rensselaer County in east central New York...
southeastern Saratoga County in east central New York...

* until 800 PM EDT

* at 555 PM EDT... Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. This will cause Urban and Small Stream flooding in
the advisory area. Up to one inch of rain has already fallen. An
additional inch of rain is possible.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Albany... Troy... Cohoes... Watervliet... Rensselaer... Latham...
Menands... Green Island... Waterford... Wyantskill... Center

Cohoes... moving northeast at 30 mph.

Winds in excess of 30 mph and pea size hail are possible with this
storm.

Cambridge... Center Brunswick... Halfmoon... Brunswick... Lee...
