possible. This will make travel very hazardous or impossible.

Special Statement
Statement as of 11:57 AM EST on March 05, 2015

... A heavier band of snow in the area...

As of 1150 am, National Weather Service Doppler radar and spotter
reports indicated heavier snow is occurring across at least
portions of the region.

The increased snowfall rates will reduce the visibilities to one
half mile. This combined with temperatures well below freezing
will continue to result in hazardous Road conditions.

If you must travel, slow down, use extra caution and be prepared
for poor Road conditions and visibilities.
