The strongest storms...which will parallel Interstate 90 and stretch from Harrington to Reardan will produce wind gusts around 40 mph and very small hail through 6 PM. Another cluster of showers and embedded thunder will produce wind gusts as high as 45 mph from Chewelah north to Colville and Metaline Falls.
