The National Weather Service in Hastings has issued a Winter Storm Watch... which is in effect from Sunday evening through Monday afternoon.
Rain will develop on Sunday and gradually mix with and change over to snow. Snow will increase in both intensity and coverage Sunday night into Monday with storm total snowfall accumulations of 4 to 7 inches possible by Monday night. North winds of 10 to 20 mph will result in blowing and drifting snow.
