Tracking Another Widespread Storm
As Winter Storm Saturn finally heads out to sea off the East Coast later Friday, we'll quickly turn our attention to the next storm system sweeping into California.
Jet stream dives southward along West Coast by Friday.
The setup for this latest storm involves a large dip in the jet stream diving southward along the West Coast Thursday into Friday. This jet stream dip will then kick a frontal system into the central states over the weekend, delivering snow, rain and thunderstorms along the way.
