I'm stood in the spot where the river Tone Meets the river Parrett. Last in series.

The mump is the hill that the ruined church sits on & the church itself was dedecated to St Michael.

The flood bank which i am stood on is around 10 feet higher than the field next to it.

I am stood at the point where the river Tone joins the river Parrett, both of which contain alot of flood water.

The river Tone reacts quickly to heavy rain but takes it's time to recede. The train is on it's way to Taunton, then er somewhere else! :-)

A.K.A Cathedral of the Moors & dates from the 14th century. A church of some description has been here since the late 1100's.

At least that what i think it is from looking it up. As seen by the river Tone.

I found it crawling across a road with cars going by so picked it up out of the way.
