While small fluctuations in strength may occur along the system's northeastward track, no major strength changes are anticipated. Maximum sustained winds are expected to reach to 46 mph during the day with higher gusts. Tropical Storm Alberto could become post-tropical by Wednesday as it moves into colder water, before possibly dissipating on Thursday. Finally, the pressure gradient between this trough of low pressure and high pressure in the Atlantic Ocean will maintain moderate to fresh trade winds across the Caribbean Sea.
