Weather Underground Forecast for Sunday, May 27, 2012.

Subtropical Storm Beryl will make landfall along the north coast of Florida close to Georgia late Sunday night or early Monday morning as a tropical storm. It may then linger over the area through Tuesday, providing widespread rain and thunderstorms. This area of the United States has been suffering through an exceptional drought, so the rain associated with Beryl will mostly be beneficial.

Hurricane Bud will continue spinning just west of southwestern Mexico on Sunday. The system is expected to continue losing strength, reducing to tropical depression strength with winds less than 39 mph (33 to 64 knots). As this system sits just offshore of western Mexico, expect strong winds and heavy rainfall to persist. A Hurricane Warning is in effect for the coast of Mexico from Manzanillo northwestward to Cabo Corrientes, and a Tropical Storm Warning is in effect for the coast of Mexico from Punta San Telmo westward to east of Manzanillo.
