==Discussion==
a slow moving low pressure system tracking across the Kivalliq is
giving blizzard conditions to the Baker Lake area this morning.
Fresh snow from the system combining with moderate easterly winds of
40 km/h are reducing visibilities to less than one kilometer.
These conditions will persist through the morning with some
improvement early this afternoon when winds are expected to diminish.
Please refer to the latest public forecasts for further details.
